I absolutely loved this engagement session! Alayna and Jake are originally from Wisconsin and are having their wedding there next summer, but they currently live in Dallas and reached out to me about doing their engagement photos, and of course I was so excited to help capture this special time for them! Engagement sessions are my all time favorite thing to photograph – they are so relaxed and SO fun!

We met at Arbor Hills Nature Preserve in Plano and had such a great time together! They opted to start the session with a casual outfit and then finished up with a beautifully color-coordinated dress and button down. I always love when my couples decide to do two different looks because it creates such a variety of images in the final gallery! They were such naturals in front of the camera and so sweet to be around. I mean, just look how adorable they are together! Looking at their photos, you can actually feel the joy they share. They made my job so easy. 🙂 We ended the session with some beautiful golden hour glow, which is just the perfect way to end every session, in my opinion!
