This Texas wedding at Oak and Ivy venue was quite the lone star celebration! Kate and Ben share a mutual love for the great state of Texas and decided to incorporate it into their wedding theme. From the little details, like their invitation and colors, to the larger than life Texas flag as the backdrop of their ceremony – there was lots of Texan love and pride felt all around! I absolutely love when my couples make their day uniquely them. 🙂 This was such a fun wedding day for me and I just adore Kate and Ben!

I met Kate last summer at Oak + Ivy’s open house and was so ecstatic to be able to capture this special time for them. We spent some time together at their engagement session last fall (check it out here!) and I was able to meet their sweet pup, Tilico! I have been patiently waiting for this sweet wedding and was so excited to finally celebrate these two!

One of my favorite parts of Kate and Ben’s wedding was not one, not two, not three, but FOUR first looks!! I absolutely love first looks, so this was four times the fun for me! Kate opted to do a fun reveal with her bridesmaids, a first look with both her dad and stepdad, and with Ben prior to the ceremony! First looks are always such a sweet moment to witness and capture for me.

The day continued with a beautiful ceremony in front of their closest family and friends, and a good ole Texas sized celebration at the reception with lots of dancing and FUN! Congratulations, Kate and Ben! Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness!
