Engagement Session at Kimbell Art Museum

This engagement session at Kimbell Art Museum was too much fun! I had such a great time getting to know Emily and Caden better and I absolutely love how their session turned out! They opted for a more urban feel on the Fort Worth side of town. We started our session downtown, believe it or not, at a US Post Office! This USPS building has some beautiful architecture so I knew it had the potential to be gorgeous. Thankfully these two trusted my vision and were on board to try anything! 🙂 We then ventured over to Kimbell Art Museum (hello prom night photos!!) for their second outfit. This session took place on one of the hottest and most humid weekends thus far this summer, but you’d never know it by looking at them! Emily and Caden took the heat in stride – especially Caden in his long pants and jacket!

Fun fact: Emily and Caden are high school sweethearts and huge Marvel fans! Our session was probably almost an hour longer than normal because we kept chatting about all things Marvel. 🙂 With their recent releases and upcoming movies, we had so much to unpack and theorize. I was so geeked out on Marvel by the end of our session, I rewatched the first Iron Man when I got home! We seriously had the BEST time together!

Emily and Caden are getting married this December at The Gardenia Venue. This venue is currently being built just outside of DFW – it’s going to be absolutely beautiful! I cannot wait to see the finished product and celebrate these two there later this year! 🙂
