I’m so excited to share Meredith’s First United Methodist Church Fort Worth bridal session! Since Meredith is a married woman now, I can finally share these. 🙂 Holding onto bridal sessions prior to the wedding is always the hardest! This session was truly the perfect, classic look when you think of a bridal session. When chatting with Meredith about location, I knew she envisioned something a little more traditional with stunning architecture. We thought about and chatted through a few different location ideas around Fort Worth, but when Meredith stumbled upon some photos of her mom’s bridal session at this same church in the 80’s, we knew this was our spot! Throughout the session, we recreated a few poses from her mom’s bridal session, This was such a special way to honor her mama! 🙂
We explored a few different areas in the front of the church and the courtyard throughout our session. I had such a great time incorporating the beautiful arches and doors into the photos – it’s always fun to play with composition and lead lines when you have such a beautiful setting! Meredith’s dress paired perfectly with this church – it’s truly a timeless look and I absolutely love how these turned out. I’m so excited to share!
Meredith and David wed just a few weeks after this session and just a few blocks over at Broadway Baptist Church. They held the BEST reception at Mira Vista Country Club – it was truly a night for the books! I had the best time getting to know these two and finally celebrating them last month.
Congratulations, Meredith! I’m so excited to finally share your bridal session and can’t wait to share your wedding soon! 🙂
