I absolutely loved being a part of Allyson & Rodney’s intimate backyard wedding! When deciding on where they should get married, they decided to have their wedding in her parents’ backyard. There is something so special about getting married in the home you grew up in! It was the perfect October evening for an outdoor wedding and such a fun celebration for Allyson and Rodney! I’m excited to share a quick glimpse into their special day. π
We started the morning off with Allyson and her girls getting their hair and make up done. This is such a relaxing and fun part of a wedding day! With the help of her mom, I secretly photographed the new ring Rodney was surprising Allyson during this time. Her face was absolutely priceless when he presented the new ring during the ceremony. This had to be my favorite part of the day! The rest of the evening was super relaxed and such a fun celebration. They served breakfast for dinner (their favorite!) complete with cobbler and cinnamon rolls for dessert. π Yum! This was such a perfect day and evening celebrating the newlyweds!
