I’m so excited to share some sneak peeks from Erin and Alex’s summer engagement session at the Dallas Arboretum! This was my first time meeting both of them and I so enjoyed getting to know them a little better! We had the best time exploring a few different areas of the arboretum. 🙂 This is probably one of my favorite locations to shoot at around Dallas – there are so many beautiful flowers and gorgeous architecture to choose from! Due to the garden’s early closing hours and the long summer days, we opted for an AM session and had some beautiful morning light!
This session took place after about 3 straights weeks of rain cleared out of north Texas. While we were lucky enough to not have to worry about the rain, unfortunately the humidity stuck around! Erin and Alex were such troopers with the humidity and took it all in stride. Looking at their photos, you’d never know how hot it was outside! 🙂 I had so much fun with them throughout their session!
Erin and Alex met through mutual friends and she knew right away that he was “the one.” 🙂 Alex planned a surprise winter wonderland proposal this past February in Vail, Colorado and they are now planning their wedding for next March! These two have the sweetest disposition and are so easy to be around. The way they naturally interact with one another made my job so easy!
I’m so excited to celebrate these two next spring at the beautiful Firefly Gardens venue in Midlothian!
